Reunion on 20 September 2008 the JKA of Shihankai decided to recommend to its member the Sensei Pete. This promotion proud to be seen JKA-Portugal a distinction hitherto rare in the world of JKA. Within the 68 members of the Technical Council, only 3 western rose, until now, that distinction. The other two are Sensei Stan Schmidt of South Africa and Yorgen Bura Denmark. The JKA-Europe
